Meet Our Executive Team

Harvey A. Wagner
President/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wagner joined CSI as President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2008.  Harvey has over 40 years of broad executive management experience in finance and operations, including senior management roles at Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging companies in rapidly changing environments such as CSI.  Most recently, Mr. Wagner held the position of President, CEO and Director of Quovadx, Inc., a NASDAQ public company in the healthcare information technology area. 

Over the years, he has held executive management positions at six other publicly traded companies.  Mr. Wagner is also on the President’s Council at the University of Miami where he graduated with a degree in Accounting.

Steven L. Hochhauser
Executive Vice President of Business Development

Steven L. Hochhauser Steven L. Hochhauser serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for CSI. Mr. Hochhauser joined CSI in 1999 as Regional Vice President and subsequently as Executive V.P. of Business Development. His 35 yrs of management level healthcare experience includes responsibilities as a Corrective Therapist, Nursing Home Owner/Administrator; CEO of a nationally recognized Rehab Services Provider and as National Manager of Kemper Insurances’ Medical Utilization Management Program.

Mr. Hochhauser has a Bachelors degree in Physical Education specalizing in Corrective Therapy from Springfield College, Masters degree in Therapeutic Recreation from University of North Carolina, Graduate Level Work in Health Care Administration at Florida International University and Certification in Long Term Care Administration from the University of Connecticut. 

Steve is married with 3 children and a grandson.

Neal G. Saul
Chief Financial Officer

 Neal G. Saul joined CSI as Chief Financial Officer in October 2008. Neal joins CSI from Medical Diagnostic Imaging of Jupiter where he was Vice President of Finance, CFO and Principal since 2000.  Prior to this, Neal spent over 20 years with Piedmont Healthcare Systems and American Medical International (AMI) in Texas, Florida, Georgia and California as Corporate Vice President of Finance and other Senior financial positions.

Mary C. Donovan RN
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mary C. Donovan Mary C. Donovan RN joined Caregiver Services in August 2006 and she was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in October 2006 and to Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing in October,2008. Mary’s 20 yrs healthcare management experience includes clinical nursing, healthcare recruitment, physican relations, marketing and business development.

Graduating from New England Baptist Nursing School and Pine Manor Jr. College with an A.S. degree in Nursing, Mary pursued her studies and received a BSHCA degree from Florida International University.

Mary is past President of the Greater Miami Nurse Recruiters Association and past Vice President of South Florida Healthcare Recruiters Association. She is an active volunteer for the Lighthouse Point Police Department.

David A. Eichler
Chairman of the Board

David A. Eichler Mr. Eichler joined Psilos in April 1999 and has focused on investments in the healthcare services and medical technology areas. He works directly with many Psilos investments as an advisor on finance, strategy and business development, including recently as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Caregiver Services, Inc. He also has extensive experience as an advisor to senior management and boards of directors on M&A, financial restructuring and capital raising transactions. Mr. Eichler currently serves as Executive Chairman of Caregiver Services and a Director of Opko Health [Amex: OPK] and SpineMatrix.

Prior to joining Psilos, Mr. Eichler was an investment banker at Wasserstein Perella & Co., where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions and restructuring assignments as a member of the firm's Healthcare Group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eichler worked as a defense policy analyst for DynCorp, focusing on issues relating to nuclear nonproliferation and export control.

Mr. Eichler earned an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence (top 10% of class). He holds another masters degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree in Government and International Relations from Cornell University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Alan L. Soderquist
Vice Chairman of the Board

Alan L. Soderquist Mr. Soderquist joined CSI as President and CEO at its inception in April 2000 and assumed the role of Vice Chairman of Caregiver Services in April 2008. He is the architect of the current company and has led CSI from a start-up to its position today as the largest caregiver registry in the nation. He assembled and directs a management team that shares his commitment to quality service for clients, caregivers, employees and investors.

Mr. Soderquist has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in a wide variety of executive positions in operations and finance. Prior to joining CSI, he served as Vice President and General Manager for PerSe Technologies, a leading physician practice management firm. He spent nine years at PST building various regions and operations while growing and improving earnings. He joined PerSe from HBO & Company, a prominent hospital systems company, in which he served as Vice President of Finance after having spent many years directing service and installation operations.

Mr. Soderquist earned a BS in Business and Finance at Brigham Young University. He serves on the board of various industry groups and community service organizations.
