My mother at 92 was a bright, active person still involved in selling real estate. She had an unfortunate medical accident that left her on a breathing tube for a week. It took my mom about 3 weeks to return to her norm, although in a somewhat weakened state. It became clear that we would have to find someone to be with her to insure she was sate. That is when Catalano's Nurses Registry came into our life in a major way.
Previously, we used your Registry when my mom fell and needed short time help. For this new occurrence, we knew we needed someone special because it was going to be more than 'short term' and that is when we met Catherine "Angel" Moreau. Angel is a most professional caretaker and I wanted to write and let you know my feelings about her. Angel not only makes sure my mother is safe and taken care of in the best possible way, she is responsible for saving her life with quick action when my mom had a heart attack in November. Angel is like a person working in an upscale restaurant. She makes sure things are perfect without ever being intrusive. She knows when and how to engage my mom and how to gently change the subject to keep things in a positive vein.
Finding Angel was not just luck. Your Administrator, Diana Gould, of your Coral Springs office, carefully listened to me when I described my mother's intellect, personality and needs. It feels as if Diana 'hand-picked' Angel for my mom and I will forever be grateful. Diana has also always been available when I needed to talk to someone regarding my mother.
I know families usually write to you at the passing of their loved one . . but, I am happy to tell you that my mother at 93 1/2 continues to thrive with Angel's care and I continue to feel nurtured knowing that Diana Gould is a phone call away.
If your Administrator, Diana Gould, and your caretaker, Catherine Moreau, are indications of the quality of your organization, I want to congratulate you on a job very well done.
In this day and age when negative news is the norm, it feels good to write about a very positive experience and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our company is an ambulatory outpatient surgical site that performs a non-invasive procedure called "manipulation under anesthesia". We have been using CSI - Catalano's Nurses Registry since opening in January 2007.
When placing orders for staffing and/or caregivers, I find the staff to be very professional. They are extremely responsive in returning calls and filling my work orders. They are always pleasant, available and helpful in suggesting ideas to better serve our clientele. Our company uses LPN's and caregivers. The LPN's have been proficient, courteous and professional. The caregivers have been punctual and efficient, and are used mainly to transport patients before and after their procedures.
